Our most unique product - PITH'D Off is a roasted jalapeno blend using the hottest part of the pepper  - the pith - and it's hotter than regular dried jalapenos.

We cut all our jalapenos into rings and push out the pith.  We save the pith, roast it and grind it into a powder that can be added to any dish, shaken on everything from eggs to popcorn, or used as a dry rub for chicken wings or other meats.  PITH'D Off adds no additional flavor other than heat so your recipes stay intact - only hotter!
